ESCORT & PROTECTION UNIT

This unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to escort and protect persons and valuables in a security environment, ensuring safety, security, and compliance with workplace procedures and legal requirements.

It involves applying standard operating procedures (SOPs), risk assessment processes, and communication strategies to plan and carry out escort duties in a controlled and professional manner.

Security officers must remain alert, maintain situational awareness, and respond effectively to potential threats to ensure the safety of persons and protection of valuables during all escort activities.
